About Ceirios

Aesthetics by Ceirios was founded on two simple beliefs: empowerment and inspiration. I’m here to help you feel confident, beautiful, and authentically you—through subtle, non-surgical treatments that enhance rather than change your natural features.

 

I’m Ceirios Allen, an Advanced Nurse Practitioner in Cardiology at Morriston Hospital with over a decade of nursing experience. I hold a First-class Honours degree, a Master’s degree awarded with Distinction, and an Independent Prescribing qualification. I am currently leading a research project which is the start of my path towards obtaining a PhD. In addition to this, I am working towards a Diploma in Aesthetic Medicine.

My journey into aesthetics began in 2016 after a preventative anti‑ageing treatment of my own. I was genuinely impressed by the results and the potential of non-surgical aesthetics to boost confidence in a natural, understated way. I launched my first clinic in Cardiff city centre, and in 2019 I returned home to West Wales to establish a clinic in the heart of Carmarthenshire.

 

Since then, friends have become clients and clients have become friends. I’m deeply grateful for the support of this community and excited to continue evolving as new, proven anti-ageing and enhancing treatments emerge. I’d love to welcome you for a personal consultation.
