Returns and Refund Policy

 

Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review our policy below:

 

1. Return Window: You may return items within 30 days from the date of purchase.

 

2. Condition of Items: Items must be returned in their original unopened condition. We cannot accept returns for items that have been opened or used.

 

3. Return Options:

   - You can return the item to our clinic store in person for a hassle-free return.

   - Alternatively, you may choose to mail the item back to us. In this case, the cost of return postage is the responsibility of the consumer.

 

4. Refund Process: Once we receive your returned item and confirm that it meets our return criteria, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect on your account.

 

5. Exclusions: Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Squalene occurs naturally in the lipid layers of the skin and prevents moisture loss. It mimics a major component of the skin’s lipid barrier that is responsible for skin suppleness and flexibility. 

 

LAVANDULA ANGUSTIFOLIA FLOWER WATER

Lavender floral water, known for its long-lasting hydrating properties, maintains the skin’s suppleness and relieves irritation.

 

BAMBUSA VULGARIS SHOOT EXTRACT, NELUMBO NUCIFERA EXTRACT AND NYMPHAEA ALBA ROOT EXTRACT

Bamboo, lotus and water lily extracts work synergistically to provide skin nutrition, protect against water loss, and soothe erythema and inflammation.

 

DERMSHIELD™

This proprietary formula enables potent active ingredients, such as alpha hydroxy acids (AHA’s), beta hydroxy acids (BHA’s), and azelaic acid to be used without the usual adverse side effects.

DIRECTIONS

Apply the required amount of cleanser with your hands onto dry skin and gently massage for at least 30-60 seconds. Add a splash of lukewarm water to emulsify, then continue to massage gently for about another 30-60 seconds. Rinse off with lukewarm water.

This gentle foaming cleanser provides a remarkable experience – it’s a clean you can see and feel – and provides benefits that are invisible, but equally important.

DIRECTIONS

Squeeze a small amount into the palm, add water to foam, gently cleanse the face, and rinse with warm water. Use up to twice daily or as directed by a skincare specialist.
